During his residency and fellowship training, Dr. Saikali participated in multiple research projects involving headache and sleep medicine. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at UB School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences where he is involved in teaching medical students as well as neurology residents.
