Brendan McLean Graduated from Edinburgh University. Brendan trained in Neurology at various centers in the UK including the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery where he undertook his research.He has been Consultant Neurologist at the Royal Cornwall HospitalsTrust since 1992, Lead Clinician for the Neurology and Neurophysiology Departments, Peninsula lead for the UKCLRN neurosciences research network, Deputy chair national UKCLRN.
He is Chair of the Specialty Training Committee, sits on the Association of British Neurologist Training and education committee, is Treasurer to the South West of England and South Wales Neurosciences Association, and advisor on MS to the Association of British Neurologists.
He has active interests in Medical Education, Clinical trials, Epilepsy, MS and Neuro-inflammatory disorders.
